Things to note
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete your consultation form and start relaxing before your treatment.
Cancellations
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so at any time, subject to providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a 100% charge will apply. If no notice is provided, a full charge will be made for the services reserved.
Surcharges
The following surcharges apply to all treatments excluding float therapy.
- 15% on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Promotional Codes
Have a promotional code to use? To redeem, please select a date, choose your treatment and select a time, then when finalising your details, enter the code in notes. If you have any issues, please contact us directly.
